Time to start your day by getting down to the nitty gritty business of likely false but magically hopeful rumors about our favorite franchise. The image above surfaced on 4Chan late last night, and while we know some things out of 4Chan are spot on while many others are not, what we do know is that it\'s worthwhile enough to not dismiss it. It also helps we know a new title for the 3DS is in development, and according to Sam Claiborn of IGN:
\"Nintendo is working on at least two other Zelda games right now, and I can\'t wait to see them.\"
The sub text of each title in the image reads as 火をプロフェシー and アイスをプロフェシー which translates out into Fire Prophecy and Ice Prophecy according to our inside sources. Is it possible we are going to see a dual release like we got out of Capcom with Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons? Imagine the possibilities now with online becoming a much grander feature in Nintendo\'s consoles.
Of course, this assumes everything is true. As our staff continues to break things down it does appear that, more than likely, this is fake since the Japanese text is actually grammatically incorrect in the native language, which makes it more obvious that this was likely created with a translation program instead of actually being native to Japan. According to our own Patrick Derichs:
\"In japanese romaji is written Hi o purofeshii and Aisu o purofeshii. The o here, also romanized as wo means the direct object particle, which is completely wrong. It should be ``NO`` instead of Wo/o. And, it´s not a typping error, someone just wrote it wrong. The way it is now is like saying The Legend of Zelda : Profethize the ice. No way a japanese developer would make the title just a mess and write it gramatically wrong.\"
We\'ll be reconfirming this later today when more of our translation team arrives at the office. For now lets set aside the image, the titles, and all that nonsense. IGN stated plainly that Nintendo is working on at least two Zelda titles, so it is still possible that we get a dual release on the 3DS. Of course, it could mean Zelda Wii U is also in development. Who knows at this juncture. Stay tuned as more information is sure to arise throughout the day.
